RETURN POLICY

Here some of the procedures must be followed. We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed.

  • Contact us straight away for more details regarding the return process.

  • Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 4 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unaltered, and free of damages by customers.

  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused.

  • Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in the original packaging complete with the original receipt

  • Please note that the exchange of items is subject to store availability.

You MAY NOT return for exchange :

  • Accesories such as brooch(es), mask(s), paperbag(s), totebag(s), box(es) and such are not returnable.
  • Pre-order item(s).
  • Sales items and purchases made with discount codes or coupons.
  • Damaged, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance.

The important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange/refund at the boutique if you order online.
